David Osborne

David Osborne is a Data Governance Advisor to Ductio with extensive experience in data governance, information management, data quality, and regulatory compliance. He advises on the governance frameworks, stewardship models, and data standards that underpin Ductio's Executive Intelligence Platform, helping ensure the responsible, accurate, and trusted use of executive and organisational data.

Haroon Oppal

Haroon Oppal is a technology leader and entrepreneur with expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, product development, and emerging technologies. As CTO Advisor to Ductio, he provides guidance on platform architecture, scalability, cybersecurity, and AI strategy, helping build the technology foundation behind the Executive Intelligence Platform.

Christopher Dean

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ductio, Christopher is responsible for the company's vision, strategy, governance, product development and market expansion. As an industry leader in technology, data and operational transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale business change across private equity-backed, publicly listed and multinational organisations.

Throughout his career he has specialised in turning data, technology and operational excellence into measurable financial outcomes, including revenue growth , EBITDA improvement, working capital optimisation and enterprise value creation. Previously developed a SaaS platform that delivered £20m in recurring revenue in the UK in less than 12 months. In addition delivered go to market data & AI led initiatives to generate €200m across 40 markets in services and products.

Agnė Gleiznytė

Product and Strategy executive with extensive international experience spanning product management, commercial strategy, market intelligence and customer insights. She has helped global organisations develop customer-centric products, identify new market opportunities and translate data into commercial growth.

As Product & Strategy owner to Ductio, Agnė helps shape the platform's product vision, customer experience and long-term strategic roadmap. Her expertise ensures Ductio remains focused on solving the highest-value problems for executive search firms, private equity investors and enterprise clients through intuitive, data-driven products that combine commercial value with exceptional user experience.
